I discovered at a very young age that my purpose in life was to help others succeed in theirs. To achieve my dream, I naturally achieved a master’s degree in psychology and pedagogy. Combining deep expertise in human psychology & pedagogy, industrial & organizational psychology, NLP, and systemic coaching, I’ve dedicated my career to helping leaders and HR professionals navigate these very challenges.

Having lived and worked on three different continents—Europe, Asia, and North America—I bring a global perspective to my work as an organizational consultant. My experiences in Belgium, India, and the USA have shaped me into a purpose-driven professional who thrives on challenges and values the power of collective intelligence. I’m passionate about simplifying complex situations and am constantly learning and growing, both personally and professionally, as part of my continuous improvement journey.

My approach is unique in that I focus simultaneously on the systemic and global realities of an organization while also giving equal importance to the individual level.
