I discovered at a very young age that my purpose in life was to help others succeed in theirs. To achieve my dream, I naturally achieved a master’s degree in psychology and pedagogy in 2006, then a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology in 2021 to provide my clients cutting-edge solutions. Combining deep expertise in human & organizational psychology, neurolinguistic programming, systemic approach, and solution-focused & high-performing coaching, I’ve dedicated my career contributing to leaders’, HR professionals’, and organizations’ success.

Having lived and worked on three different continents—Europe, Asia, and North America—I bring a global perspective to my work as an organizational consultant. My experiences in Belgium, India, and the USA have shaped me into a purpose-driven professional who thrives on challenges and values the power of collective intelligence. I’m passionate about simplifying complex situations. I am constantly learning and growing, both personally and professionally, as part of my continuous improvement journey.
